REGISTRATION & PRE-TOURNAMENT INFO
PRE-REGISTRATION
Each tournament includes a required meeting that your team must attend in order to compete. You can choose from three options: a virtual meeting, an in-person meeting at early check-in the day before, or the meeting held during check-in on tournament day. Meeting times will be posted on Facebook, Instagram, and here on the home page.
Teams are required to submit a liability form, pay the tournament entry fee, and complete the one-time membership fee at either early check-in or tournament day check-in. During check-in, your team will receive a tournament information sheet and a boat number.
To be officially checked in at weigh-in, you must present your number sheet to an AHSB official at the boat ramp. After weighing your fish, the numbered sheet must be turned in to the designated AHSB official at the trailer along with your bag.
REQUIRED TBF/SAF LIABILITY FORM:
Use the button below to access the Angler and Boat Captain Liability Form. Please print and complete the form before your first tournament. Even if you participated last year, a new form is required for the current season. Teams will not be allowed to compete until this form has been submitted and is on file.
Tournament information
- Upon arrival, go to the AHSB trailer to check in your team unless you have already completed early check-in. Live well checks will take place during take-off unless otherwise noted.
- During take-off, a tournament committee member will call out each boat number. When your number is called, idle past the committee member with your live well open. Depending on the lake, this may or may not be within a no wake zone, so remain at idle speed until you pass the official.
- When returning to the ramp, present your numbered sheet to the AHSB official. This is part of your required post-tournament check-in. Missing your designated check-in time will result in a penalty of 1 lb per minute, and teams more than 15 minutes late will not receive weight for that day.
- After loading and parking your boat, bring your fish to the weigh-in area using a weigh-in bag. You may use your own bag for transport, but keep fish in the live well until you are ready to head to weigh-in.
- Bring your boat number sheet with you to the weigh-in station.
- Proceed through the weigh-in process.
